After looking at this example, the number of monthly searches are great, the number of competing websites is a little high. I added white in front of Porch swing and looked at the results.
The number of visitors may be less, the competition and SEO value is much better and I have a better chance of getting my post to page one. Using the 4ft White Porch Swing keyword will almost guarantee me on page one if I write good content of over 1000 words and promote my post on social channels.
